Shipping

We process orders within 1–3 business days. In practice, most orders placed on business days leave our warehouse the same day and reach customers the following day within Poland. International orders to the EU are delivered within 5–8 business days. We ship via InPost courier and InPost parcel lockers.

    Returns

    You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After submitting your request, you have an additional 14 days to send the package back. The returned item must be unused and have all original tags attached.

    How to make a return — step by step

      Log in to your account

      Go to your account on lenanto.live and navigate to the My Orders tab.

      Request a return

      Click Request Return next to the relevant order. Select the items you wish to return and provide the reason.

      Choose a shipping method

      You have two options:
      • InPost parcel locker or point — drop off the package yourself at any InPost locker or collection point
      • InPost courier — schedule a courier pickup from your home. Enter your address and the courier will collect the package

      Ship the package

      The shipping process depends on the method you chose:
      • InPost Paczkomat — InPost will email you a 10-digit return code separately. Enter it at any Paczkomat and drop the package — no label printing.
      • InPost courier — a return label is generated automatically. Download it from the returns panel in your account, print it, attach it to the package. The courier will pick up the package from your address.

      Wait for your refund

      Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return shipment.

    Ordered as a guest?

    No worries — you don't have an account yet, but it's easy to set one up. Go to the login page, enter the email from your order and click Forgot Password. Setting a password creates your account and links your order after you log in — then submit your return through My Orders.

    Return costs

    • Return shipping cost: 15.00 zł / €11.00 (deducted from the refund amount)

    Delivery cost refund

    • If you return the entire order, we will also refund the original delivery cost.
    • For orders with free delivery, no delivery cost refund applies as no delivery fee was charged.
    • If you return only part of the order, the delivery cost is not refunded.

    Size or colour exchange

    Need a different size? You can do it yourself through your account — no need to contact customer service. Exchanges are available for the same product (different size or colour).

      Log in to your account

      Go to My Orders and click Exchange next to the relevant order.

      Select the item and new size

      Choose the item to exchange, provide the reason, and select a new size from those available.

    3. 3

      Choose a shipping method and send the original item

      For Paczkomat InPost will email you a code to enter at any Paczkomat (no printing); for the courier you'll download a label from your account and schedule a pickup.

    4. 4

      Receive the new size

      Once we receive the return, we will ship the new size to your order address.

    Return shipping cost: 15.00 zł / €11.00. Shipping of the new size is free of charge.
